Goal For It Review

Now that the holidays are over, it's time for us to get back into the swing of things. Families may have a hard time getting back on track.  That's where Goalforit comes in.  It's great for kids, tweens, and teens.

Goalforit helps with goal setting.  Anywhere from getting organized to working with kids with behavior skills. The Chore Chart would be great for my youngest son.  It's FREE and helps teach children lesson like:

*Responsibility
*Understanding right from wrong
*Healthy Habits
*Money Matters

My thoughts:

I'm excited about this new tool!  I like that this is real interactive.  It lets you create a custom chore chart for your children that can be printed or managed online.  Since my son is always on the computer, the online version is best for us.

My favorite part of this chore chart is that you child can store up rewards points that can later be redeemed for things like 30 minutes of video game play, allowance, or whatever you decide you child would like most.

I feel like this will motivate my son to do his chores (or whatever is on his list) and provide extra incentives for him while tracking his progress.

My son thought it was pretty cool and liked the custom design I picked out for him.  But he was to busy playing to work on his chart and asked if I'd do it for him.  Oh well.  Hopefully, this will motivate him.  I think I'll tie in video game time as a reward- that will work for sure!

  1. That sounds like a cool tool. I don't know that it will work for us because I already have a hard enough time finding time for my children to get on the computer - my laptop is the only one in the house. I'm going to have to get another laptop or an inexpensive desktop for the family so they will be able to get on and do some of the things they like to do.

Anna likes to watch how to learn stuff on YouTube. Amareah wants to create a blog and Andre likes to play games. LOL... I can't say a word 'cause they always see me and their big sister with a computer on our laps.

  2. Computer are big in our house too. I think kids will do what they see they're parents doing.
So everyone wants to blog, or make videos around here lol.
