Dr. Scholl's For Her High Heel Insoles: Hit or Miss?

High Heels and I don't really get a long.  But, I received Dr. Scholl's High Heel Insoles in my Sunkissed Voxbox from Influenster, so I thought Id share my experience with you anyways.

My feet are flat as a pancake.  When I see cute heels I often droll thinking I would look good in those, but I dare not try it.  Instead, I opt for shoes no higher than 3 inches. Kitten heels are my favorite.

Last year, I tried the Dr. Scholl's High Heel Insoles in a pair of church shoes I own. Turns out that I quickly took them out.  They were cushiony, but the extra arch made my feet hurt.

Then I had a light bulb moment! Imagine it with me.  What if I put these bad boys in my flats?  Ah ha! Instant relief.  They provided my flat feet with the arch support that my sandals just couldn't give.  I actually went out and purchased two more because Target had a crazy deal on them.

So basically, I don't like them for my high heels, but they work much better in my flats or sandals.

Do you wear high heels or  do you have flat feet like me?  What do you think about shoe inserts?

Disclosure: I received this product complimentary from Influenster.

  1. I'll try them in my flats and see how it works, didn't love them with the heels...

    1. Yeah, I wasn't so impresses either. At least for the heels. Love the regular inserts though.

  2. I wear high heels constantly. I love them! I have the opposite issue with my feet though. My arches are super high! I've never tried inserts though. I might have to give them a whirl.

    1. I'm not sure how they would work with high arches. Guess you could try 'em and see.
