Frugal Family Days: Mini Golf at Malt-Tees

I think this will be the last of my Frugal Family Day posts for the Summer.  I wanted to let everyone know about another way to save money on your entertainment needs.  Groupon, duh!  I hope your using this website.  If not, you're spend way too much!

Earlier this Summer, Groupon offered a 4 pack family pass + $8 in food at Malt-Tees in Richfield for just $15. Now, I purchase this deal every year whether it be through Crowdcut, or someone other discount retail service.  I would have spent $38 full price.

This time, it was just me and the boys.  I wanted to get them out the house and do something especially for them since it's been all about the girls at home.  We couldn't have pic a nicer day to go!

Teein' up.  Someone got a whole in one!

Beautiful. I could stay here all day!

See that there?  That's Mama's high score at the top.  Whipped 'em!  And my son tried to say I cheated. I don't think so!

Ended a super fun day with malts, of course!

How are you spending your Summer?

  1. That looks like an excellent way to spend the time with the boys. It doesn't hurt that you won too! :)

  2. I need to start using groupon! I've not tried it yet but I really don't like paying full price for stuff.
