Do you eat breakfast every morning? Do you often make the excuse that you are too busy? As I shared before, I'm a huge proponent of breakfast. But sometime it can be a challenge to find something to eat quick, fast, and in a hurry.
Here's a few creative ideas that are not only quick and easy, but they'll get you in the breakfast mood.
Add Nutella to a whole wheat mini bagel for a chocolaty breakfast treat that's easy to take with you.
Pour a pouch of Big Slice kettle cooked apples onto hot oatmeal for a wholesome start to your day.
*Spread peanut butter over granola bars for a sweet, salty, punch of protein.
*Pour granola over yogurt. Doesn't get any easier than that!

Bottom line? Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day. Your metabolism will slow down if you don't eat something. Cereal literally doesn't take very long to eat, so at least eat a bowl before you head out the door.
