Manicure Monday: Maybelline Better In Buff & Gilded Rose

It's Monday and you know what that means?  Time to showcase my recent manicure.  It's been so long since my last Manicure Monday, so I thought I'd update you all.

Truth be told, I'v been going au natural for a few weeks now. That's long for me!  So I'm over due for a new look.

During Target's Mother's Day sale, I picked up 2 nail polishes from Maybelline's, Better In Buff, and Gilded Rose.  Aren't these colors gorgeous?  I thought I'd put a cute spin on a french tip mani by using a gold glitter instead.

Turns out that it wasn't a glitter, but more of an actually color, so I didn't get the effect I was looking for. Still cute enough to wear on it's own though.

I decide to add a chunky gold glitter to transition the two colors.

There.  Looks much better!

What are you wearing on your nails?

  1. Looks pretty, Stacie. I'm currently wearing nothing. Oh how I wish my polish would last.

    1. Thanks! Don't feel bad, this only lasted about 2 days.

  2. Yea, I'm totally unpolished as well. I never feel like removing it and keeping it up. I like those two colors together. I really like with just the gold tips - sophisticated.
