Filippo Berio Olive Oil Review

 As a Bzzagent, I get to try out new products.  And this time, I'm trying Filippo Berio Olive Oil.

Olive Oil is the only type of oil I used to cook with and it' so much more healthier for you than other fat laiden oils.

Filippo Berio EVOO is:

  • Is high in monounsaturated fats (also known as "good fat")
  • Contains no trans fat or cholesterol
  • Contains no sugar, salt, or gluten
  • Can help reduce the risk of heart disease, as well as help control blood pressure and blood sugar levels

Here's an idea of how to use EVOO as a substitute for butter:

I made this Chocolate Chip Banana Bread with Filippo Berio Olive Oil instead of butter.   The taste was rich and delicious and I didn't miss the butter flavor at all.

I also did all my sauteing and cooking with this oil and found that the quality was superb and tasty.  I will try share the recipe in another post.
