It’s always cool when Minneapolis gets national recognition for its food. Take example Isles Bun and Coffee. I tried them for the first time over the holidays because I had to see what the buzz was all about.
One late morning, I picked up a caramel roll and a puppy dog tail. Of course I got an extra dollop of frosting.
The caramel roll was fine and my puppy dog tail was kind of hard and crunchy. Is it supposed to be like that? I think I’ll have to go back and visit in the early morning hours when it’s hot and fresh.

The Thymes Warehouse Sale 2024 is in October! Get your ready to save money on your favorite bath and body products and home fragrances.
Here’s your chance to get discount Thymes body products like Frasier Fir, as well as other brands, including Capri Blue and Otherland.
The Thymes Warehouse Sale will be held in St. Paul at the Minnesota State fairgrounds inside the educational building. You can pay by cash or charge and they take MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Thursday, October 10. The Thymes Sale will be held October 10 through October 12. On Thursday and Friday, hours are 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday hours are 9 AM to noon.
