My go to for destressing is a bubble bath, working out, and surprisingly cleaning lol. These stress balls sound great for at nighttime though. Since the boys have gotten out of school I've been super restless at night with my mind trying to plan out the next days activities for them so maybe they could help me get unwind my brain quicker.

I leave work at work! This was something I had to learn a couple of years ago, but I told them at work if you want me to know something text me, because other than that I wont see it until I come in. I wont even check my email because it was giving me anxiety! I like to unwind just being at home, sometimes we take a walk with the kids and dog and that's fun too!

Vacation, staycation, food, wine, shopping, it depends. Sometimes it is listening to music, and I'm alway sdown for new ways to keep me balanced.

I like that you listed some practical ways to de-stress. I think some people are so wired they cant even do some of those simple things like they should.

I never heard of Stress Balls. With my teen girls that like to drive me crazy at times, I'll need these. The way I like to destress is going for walks in the park while listening to music.

My favorite way to destress is to either go for a walk to listen to music, but never together. I also like the thought of a bubble bath or massage. It's nice to know that there is also non habit forming pills.

Stress-relief is a multi method approach. I agree with you. You've got to work on the outside and inside.

I de-stress by taking a nap, taking a longer way home, and listening to music.
